AI Credits

A usage-based currency that powers Goava’s AI features. Credits are consumed when the Prospecting Agent or Research Agent analyzes a company.

Auto Segment

A default segment that Goava creates automatically based on your account configuration. It’s a good starting point for exploring the company database.

Company Dashboard

The detailed view of a company in Dashboard mode, showing tabs for Overview, News, Financials, Web, People, and Recruitments.

CRM Integration

The connection between Goava and your CRM system, enabling direct export of companies, contacts, and research notes.

CVR Number

A Danish business registration number (Central Business Register). Shown in company details for Danish companies.

Dashboard View

A view mode that shows one company at a time with a detailed card and tabbed information panels. Compare with List View.

EBIT

Earnings Before Interest and Taxes. An operating result metric shown in the Financials tab.

Goava Fit

An indicator on the company Overview tab showing how well a specific company matches your predefined criteria (revenue, employees, location, industry).

Goava Score

A relevance score indicating how well a company matches your Ideal Customer Profile. Higher is better.

Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

A statistical model built from your existing customers that determines how prospects are scored and ranked in segments.

Ignore

A triage action that removes a prospect from your active segment view, marking it as not a fit.

List

A manually or automatically curated collection of companies, used for organizing pipeline, building ICPs, and configuring automations.

List View

A view mode that shows companies in a sortable table with columns for company name, location, website, employees, and revenue.

Prospecting Agent

An AI-powered assistant that automatically finds and qualifies prospects based on your segment, ICP, and configuration.

Qualification Criteria

Up to 3 organization-wide criteria defined in Settings that appear on every company’s Overview tab to standardize qualification decisions.

Qualify

A triage action that marks a prospect as a good fit, optionally triggering a configured list action.

Research Agent

An AI feature that generates insights about a company on demand or automatically when companies are added to monitored lists.

Saved Filters

Reusable filter configurations that can be applied across segments and lists.

Segment

A filtered, scored view of Goava’s company database tied to an ICP. Segments update dynamically as data changes.

Smart Contact Export

A Settings feature that automatically exports contacts in selected categories when companies are exported to CRM.
