Customers — List View
Overview
The List view shows your customers in a sortable table. Navigate here via Customers in the left sidebar. Select List from the view dropdown in the toolbar.
Columns

| Checkbox | Select companies for bulk actions |
| Company name | Name with favicon (sortable) |
| Location | Country flag and region |
| Website | Company website URL |
| Employees | Employee count (sortable) |
| Revenue | Revenue figure (sortable) |
Toolbar
| Control | Description |

| Filter bar | Search within your customers |
| Company count | Total customers (e.g., “1 Companies”) |
| Sort order | Alphabetical, Revenue, Employees, or Goava Score |
| View toggle | Switch between List and Dashboard |
| Filter icon | Open advanced filters |
| Actions dropdown | Bulk operations |
Actions
- Export to excel — Download customer list as spreadsheet
- Export to crm — Push selected customers to your CRM
- Export contacts — Export contact information
- Import companies — Upload companies from a file
- Add to list — Add selected customers to a list
- Move to list — Move customers to a different list
- Remove from list — Remove customers from the current list
- Create new list — Create a new list with selected customers
- Assign to — Assign to a team member
Filters
- Show only My customers — Toggle at the bottom of the page to filter to companies assigned to you
