ICP — Profile List
Overview
The ICP sidebar panel shows all your Ideal Customer Profiles. Navigate here via the Ideal Customer Profiles icon in the left sidebar.
Elements
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| All Customer Profiles | Header link to view all profiles |
| Profile names | List of your ICPs (e.g., “PLG B2B SaaS”, “Our Customers”, “My Pipeline”) |
| + button | Create a new ICP |
| Settings icon | Configure ICP section options |
| Delete icon | Remove an ICP (shown on hover for each profile) |
Actions
- Click a profile — Opens the Profile Detail page
- Create new — Click the + button to start building a new ICP
- Delete — Remove a profile using the delete icon
