Using Saved Filters
Save your search criteria so you can quickly reapply filters when prospecting.
When to use this
- You re-run the same filter combo every Monday. “Sweden + SaaS + 50-200 FTE + €5-50M revenue” is 4 clicks each time you open a new segment. Save it once and it’s a single click forever.
- You manage a few distinct motions. Save one filter for “Enterprise DACH” and another for “Nordic mid-market” so reps running different motions pick the right one without rebuilding filters from memory.
- You’re iterating on what “qualified” means. When you find a filter combo that’s producing good replies, save it as “Hot Combo v3” so the rest of the team can adopt it and you can compare against earlier versions.
- You want a new hire productive on day one. Hand them 3-4 saved filters matching your proven ICP motions, and they can start prospecting competently before they’ve fully absorbed what makes a fit company.
Before you begin
- You should have explored segments or lists with filters applied.
Steps
- Navigate to a segment or list view.
- Apply your desired filters using the filter bar (revenue range, employee count, location, industry, etc.).
- Once you have a set of filters you’d like to reuse, click Saved Filters in the left sidebar.
- Save your current filter configuration with a descriptive name.
- To reapply a saved filter, select it from the Saved Filters section in the left sidebar.
Tip: Saved filters are especially useful when you regularly prospect for the same type of company across different segments.
