Settings — Qualification Criteria
Overview
Qualification Criteria are organization-wide standards that appear on every company’s Overview tab, helping your team apply consistent qualification standards.
Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Criterion | Up to 3 global criteria that affect all users. Each shows as a tag with a tooltip description and a remove button. |
| Add categories | Search field to find and add criteria (disabled when 3 are already set — shows “Remove a category first”) |
Example criteria
Criteria include a label and a description. For example:
- Outbound — “The company has at least some outbound sales activities”
- Sales reps — “The company has at least 3 sales reps”
- Nordics — “The company targets primarily the Nordics region”
