Lists — List View
Overview
Each list displays its companies in the same table format as the Customers view. Navigate to a list by clicking Lists in the left sidebar and selecting a list name.
Columns
| Column | Description |

| Checkbox | Select companies for bulk actions |
| Company name | Name with favicon (sortable) |
| Location | Country flag and region |
| Website | Company website URL |
| Employees | Employee count (sortable) |
| Revenue | Revenue figure (sortable) |
Toolbar
Same controls as the Customers view: filter bar, company count, sort order, view toggle (List/Dashboard), filter icon, and Actions dropdown.
Actions
- Export to excel — Download as spreadsheet
- Export to crm — Push to CRM
- Export contacts — Export contacts
- Import companies — Add companies from file
- Add to list — Add to another list
- Move to list — Move to a different list
- Remove from list — Remove selected companies
- Create new list — Create a new list with selected companies
- Assign to — Assign to a team member
