Customers — Dashboard View

Overview

The Dashboard view shows your customers as expandable company cards with detailed information tabs. Switch to this view using the view dropdown in the toolbar.

Company cards

Each company card shows:

  • Company name and favicon
  • Country flag and location
  • List badges (e.g., “Customer”) with options to open or remove from list
  • Assigned user badge with qualification status
  • Research button for AI-generated insights

Tabs

The same tabs as the Company Dashboard:

  • Overview — Company details, financials summary, contact, Goava Fit, qualification criteria, contacts, social media
  • News — Recent articles and events
  • Financials — Charts and multi-year key figures
  • Web — Website snapshot and data
  • People — Key contacts with roles and emails

Actions

Per-company actions available from the Actions button:

  • Edit Alias, Assign to, Add to list, Export to CRM, Create new list, Mute all news
