Connecting Your CRM

Link Goava to your CRM so you can export companies, contacts, and research notes directly.

Steps

1. Click your name in the top-right corner and select Settings.
2. Scroll to the Integration section.
3. Under CRM integration, click Configure.
4. Follow the prompts to authenticate with your CRM provider and map fields.
5. Once connected, you’ll be able to use Export to crm from any list, segment, or company dashboard.

Good to know: If you see a notification saying “CRM settings error — Unable to find admin user with provided email,” verify that the email you used matches an admin account in your CRM.
