Settings — Prospecting Agent
Overview
The Prospecting Agent is an AI assistant that automatically finds and qualifies prospects on your behalf. Configure it in Settings > Prospecting Agent.

| AI Credits counter | Shows remaining AI credits (e.g., “AI Credits: 300”) |
Agent configuration
Each agent has the following fields:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Segment | Which segment the agent should prospect in |
| Ideal Customer Profile | The ICP used for scoring (Goava Score is based on this profile) |
| Number of prospects | How many qualified prospects to find per cycle (adjustable with +/- buttons) |
| Frequency | How often the agent runs (e.g., Daily) |
| Positive outcome | Which list to place qualified prospects in |
| Negative outcome | Which list to place rejected prospects in |
| Maximum AI credit | Maximum credits to spend per prospect (adjustable with +/- buttons) |
| Monitor news/recruitment | Toggle to watch for significant updates and adjust Goava Scores accordingly |
| Active toggle | Enable or disable the agent |
Actions
- Save — Save agent configuration
- Remove Agent — Delete this agent
- Add a new agent — Create another agent with different settings
Good to know: AI credits are spent during company analysis, even if a company doesn’t qualify. The maximum limit controls how much can be spent per prospect before the agent pauses.
