Exporting to Your CRM

Send companies, contacts, and research notes from Goava directly to your CRM.

When to use this

  • A rep just qualified a batch of prospects and needs to work them in their CRM. Instead of copy-pasting company names one-by-one, multi-select the qualified companies and push them into your CRM in one click — including the research the Research Agent has already done.
  • You’re running account-based outbound and need contacts, not just companies. Use Export contacts to send board members or decision-makers alongside the account, so your SDR doesn’t have to hunt for them separately in LinkedIn Sales Nav.
  • You want CRM hygiene to be automatic. Configure Smart Contact Export once — pick Decision Makers + Board Members — and every company export drags along the right people without a popup asking each time.
  • You want inbound-added accounts enriched automatically. Set up Research Agent Automation on a list like “Inbound Leads” and every lead added gets a research note pushed back to your CRM — reps open the account in Salesforce and the context is already there.

Before you begin

  • Your CRM integration must be configured in Settings > Integration.

Exporting companies

  1. From any list or segment, select companies using the checkboxes in List view.
  2. Click the Actions dropdown (three-dot menu in the toolbar).
  3. Select Export to crm.
  4. Goava will push the selected companies to your connected CRM.

Exporting contacts

  1. Select companies from a list or segment.
  2. Click Actions > Export contacts.
  3. Contacts associated with the selected companies will be exported.

Smart Contact Export

In Settings, configure Smart contact export to automatically export contacts in specific categories when companies are exported:

  1. Go to Settings and scroll to Smart contact export.
  2. Select up to 2 contact categories to auto-export (e.g., Board Members, Decision Makers).
  3. Toggle Don’t show export popup while exporting for a seamless experience.

Research Agent Automation

Set up automatic research for companies added to specific lists:

  1. In Settings, scroll to Research Agent Automation.
  2. Select a list to monitor using the dropdown.
  3. When a company is added individually (not via bulk export), the Research Agent will run your custom prompt.
  4. If your CRM is connected, the research output is automatically saved as a note on the company in your CRM.

Other export options

  • Export to Excel — Download companies as a spreadsheet from the Actions dropdown.

Tip: You can also export individual companies from the company dashboard via Actions > Export to crm.
