Importing Companies

Upload your existing customers or prospects to Goava so you can build ICPs and track them.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings (click your name in the top-right, then Settings).
  2. Scroll to the Import section.
  3. Click Import companies from file.
  4. Select your file and follow the import wizard to map columns.
  5. Once imported, your companies will appear in the Customers list.

Tip: Upload at least 10 customers before building an Ideal Customer Profile. The more data Goava has, the more accurate your Goava Scores will be.

Other ways to add companies

  • Add individual companies — From the Actions dropdown on any list, select Import companies.
  • From segments — Qualify prospects in segments to automatically add them to designated lists.
