Importing Companies
Upload your existing customers or prospects to Goava so you can build ICPs and track them.
Steps
- Go to Settings (click your name in the top-right, then Settings).
- Scroll to the Import section.
- Click Import companies from file.
- Select your file and follow the import wizard to map columns.
- Once imported, your companies will appear in the Customers list.
Tip: Upload at least 10 customers before building an Ideal Customer Profile. The more data Goava has, the more accurate your Goava Scores will be.
Other ways to add companies
- Add individual companies — From the Actions dropdown on any list, select Import companies.
- From segments — Qualify prospects in segments to automatically add them to designated lists.
